What this site collects

When you sign in, we receive an account identifier, your email address, and your name when provided by the sign-in service. We store the partner profile, store details, referrals, and placement requests you submit.

How it is used

The SWAY management team uses this information to operate the network, review locations and requests, coordinate opportunities, and manage sales follow-ups. Store information marked as published is visible to signed-in partners. Your private profile, requests, and internal sales notes are not listed in the public marketing pages.

Sign-in and hosting

This site uses ChatGPT sign-in and is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy policies. SWAY does not receive your ChatGPT password.

Content and commercial terms

Application details may include store placement and POS system names, brand distribution, distributor territories, or creator audience and portfolio links. SWAY uses these details to review fit and plan follow-up. Do not submit POS credentials or customer-level transaction records in application forms.

Creating a profile is not a content license or a paid placement agreement. Creative rights, compensation, payment arrangements, and campaign terms are agreed separately before use or activation.

Keeping information current

You can update your profile in the partner portal. For other corrections or removal requests, contact the SWAY representative handling your account. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
